All other shipping is through Canada Post.

The following rates apply within Canada: 

Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping over $150*!
$15.00 flat rate for orders under $150*

Express Shipping (2 business days)
$10.00 flat rate for orders over $150*
$20.00 flat rate for orders under $150*

*$150 applies before taxes are added 

At this time we are not equipped to ship international orders. 

Holiday Return Policy:

Due to the COVID19 Lockdown we have had to make several changes to our Return Policy, we thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.

Holiday returns will be accepted by curbside contactless drop off on Monday, December 28th and Wednesday, December 30th from 10 am - 2 pm.

When you arrive please call the store at 519-524-5972 and we will be happy to process your return by exchanging it for the correct size (if available) or in store credit, which can be used online or once we are able to reopen. We will have a table placed outside to facilitate the return.

We hope you love your new purchase. However if your expectations have not been met we are able to refund the full purchase price of unused, unworn merchandise with original hangtags still affixed within 14 days of purchase delivery date.

Goods must be in original conditioning: clean, unworn, damage free, free of odours & pet hair. We reserve the right to refuse return if any of these conditions have not been met.

Return postage is the customers expense.

Sale Merchandise is FINAL SALE and is non refundable.
